This yummy salad recipe was given to me by Mary from my Dulcimer club. Thanks, Mary!
5 cups broccoli florets (I like to chop them up smaller)
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup minced onion
1 cup fresh or frozen (thawed) green peas
1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
For the dressing mix together:
1 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
Combine the dressing with the vegetables. Stir together and chill before serving.
