Well, I’m DONE canning tomatoes for this year. We (mostly me) have canned 125 jars this summer. There are 49 jars of Roma tomatoes and the rest are Early Girl tomatoes. We also
still have 20 jars left from last year, but we wanted to can as many as we could because some years we don’t get a good crop. We still have some orange ones ripening, but I am NOT going to can them. I am going to try making a tomato jam with a bunch of them. The rest–? Chili, spagetti sauce, etc.
