It was April 10th when I posted about joining the lose-a-pound-a-week “club.” I’ve been faithful with working on the treadmill and also doing some other exercises. I’ve been successful at keeping to my resolve not to eat junk food. As a result, I’ve lost eight pounds and a bit over. Doesn’t seem like much, does it? BUT–I’m eating normal meals, losing it slowly by changing my eating habits. No fad diets for me ever again. That way it will stay off and not jump back on me when I get within breathing distance of food.
