Who Has the Best Grandchildren in the World?

Do you have grandchildren?  Are they the best grandchildren of all?  Of course they are–to you.  If you don’t have grandchildren yet, but have children, my guess is that you feel they are the best around, also.  Am I right?   (If you don’t have children, then think about the way your parents brag about you to their friends.)

My grandchildren are absolutely adorable.  Why can I make such a bold statement?  ‘Cause they’re mine!

And that’s the way it should be.  We should feel that our children or grandchildren are the cutest, sweetest, smartest, just the best all-round kids ever, (even if they’re not.)  That’s what love does.

What do you think?  Do you think love should overlook all our little imperfections or not?

Please comment and tell us about your wonderful kids or grandkids.

Thank you! I do have a big soft spot in my heart for those boys.

Of course, love(real love) looks past imperfections and faults! My youngest child has Down Syndrome and he is profoundly deaf. But, even though he is not always even-tempered and does rebel against the rules sometimes ☺, he’s my son. He is not society’s idea of “perfect”, but he is perfect to me! Although I would not change who he is, I want him to be a better person, just like my other children. When I look at Riley, I do not see the things that I have mentioned. I see a sweet, loving little boy who thinks I am just about the best thing that ever called herself Mama!
Your grandchildren are beautful! But, my granddaughter is the best…yes, you have it right! ♥
